I had an appointment at 10 and car entered at 11:15 I had an appointment at 10am and the car entered for service at 11:15 am. The dealer offers a complimentary carwash after service, that I couldn't do I had an appointment at 10am and the car entered for service at 11:15 am. The dealer offers a complimentary carwash after service, that I couldn't do because I start working at 12pm. That is the reason I had the appointment at 10, but now I realize the appointments dont work. The best choice is to wake up at 7am and be there when they open, so everything will be done by 11:30. A couple hours after posting my review I received a call from the service manager and he offered me a discounted price for next service and the possibility to wash my car at anytime I can. This was good. More
