Funny thing I was warned about this dealer before I went there. I am interested in a new G37 sedan. Probably one of the worst upscale dealers I have been to. Had to ask for a sales associate after standing around for a while. I was inquring about different things about the dealership and G37. Asked about loaner cars when brought in for service and warranty. They told me they dont guarantee loaner cars even if an appointment is made. It is only a courtesy if one is available when you come in even with an appointment. By this time I realized the bad things I had heard from other people were probably true and decided to leave. More
I just purchased a 2011 G coupe from these guys. After shopping 3 local dealers and leaving one of them after they low balled me to get me in the door I ended up at WH Infiniti. I wish i would have gone t shopping 3 local dealers and leaving one of them after they low balled me to get me in the door I ended up at WH Infiniti. I wish i would have gone there in the first place. Everything was quick and easy, and they gave me the numbers they promised. It was by far the best car buying experience I've had, and I love my new ride! More

The" over the phone quote" was honored to my surprise went I walked in to purchase the vehicle without any add on or hidden fees unlike 98% of Dealer would have done . I have a profound respect for anybody in any industry who takes pride to do their Jobs the best way possible with class.An excellent customer service so far and don't expect that it will change . I'll make sure to "spread the word" for other people to get the same experience that I just got. A very Happy customer here! More
They worked on my car for warranty work and the headliner came out damaged. They tried to fix it by using a piece of piece of WOOD and contact cement which they left smeared on sunroof assembly. The service came out damaged. They tried to fix it by using a piece of piece of WOOD and contact cement which they left smeared on sunroof assembly. The service managers response was how do you know we did it! How? You just replaced the sunroof assembly which involves removing the headliner! There is much more but hopefully you get the point. More
It was a superb experience, everybody from the sales person to de sales manager and financial, made it a really easy and confrotable car purchasing experience. Claude Beaumont was very knowledgeable about the cars and very professional working with me. He wasn't too aggressive. His followup was "just right" and not excessive. *To Lease a car they are very friendly (I leased a brand new G35 Sport 39 months lease) *To Return the lease and not buying or leasing a new car they are still Friendly but they will RIP YOU OFF(Returned a new G35 Sport 39 months lease) *To Return the lease and not buying or leasing a new car they are still Friendly but they will RIP YOU OFF(Returned after 39 months on October 2010 with only 22000 miles) Be Very Careful when returning your car to Warren Henry if you're not buying or leasing anything else. The price for returning your car can be very costly if you do not return it in mint condition, make sure you do the repairs somewhere else before you return the vehicle,or they will definitely RIP YOU OFF. When I brought my car they didn't inspect it and send me a bill after 14 days for normal wear They charged me $600.00 for two tires that still had plenty of miles to go . By the way the only reason that I did not buy another Infinity is because I did not like it. Buying a Infinity was a bad decision buying at Warren Henry even worse. More
this the second car i have purchased from Warren Henry in 2010.staff was friendly and informative. i had special ordered the car and it was delivered within five hours of arrival at the dealership. gi 2010.staff was friendly and informative. i had special ordered the car and it was delivered within five hours of arrival at the dealership. giovanna called me with the price which i thought was very fair. it took longer to explain the features of the new car then to do the paper work. these people make car buying easy and a pleasure.
