I went to Warren Henry on December of 2007 to buy and Infiniti EX 35. The salesman, and I use the term very loosely, showed me a car which I bought. I was given one key to the car and it took me 6 week Infiniti EX 35. The salesman, and I use the term very loosely, showed me a car which I bought. I was given one key to the car and it took me 6 weeks to get the spare key. I only got it when I went to the dealership and camped out in the sales area until I was finally served. I turned in a "lease" BMW to them when I bought the new Infiniti. I was told they would return the lease care for me. 6 months later they had NOT returned the lease car and it sat on their back lot with no one monitoring it. They also LOST the keys to the BMW and I had to go to the main Fort Lauderdale BMW dealership to get assistance. It is now 2012 and I've called their finance department 5 times and left messages and NO ONE is available to return my call. This was also true when I tried to get my spare key to the new car. Their service and customer relations SUCK and they make no apology for it. I would NEVER buy anything from this dealership if my life depended on it. More

Luis was fabulous as well explaining the in and outs of the car and handling the paperwork and truly caring! Geovanny handled my finances very efficiently and fast! The front desk hostess loves her job and has been there for many years. There's something to be said for that. Larry runs a fabulous Infinity showroom and cares about his customers and staff. They truly aim to please and I can't express enough gratitude for the experience! They went above and beyond!!! More
