From the time I step into the dealership I was greeted by everyone and offered coffee, water etc. I met Mario Guerra my sales associate which I could have not been happier to deal with. I did not even have to negotiate the price of the vehicle, I got a better deal than I expected. I almost did not meet Ismet Yagci (the general manager)who has the last word on the price, but he did introduce himself and offered his assitance.The following day I went to pick up my vehicle and it was at the front door ready to go. Last but not lease I want to thank the finance department for the expedited service and the crew who got my vehicle ready and spotless. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with, from Larry Zinn as manager to Mário Guerra in sales, they really did a great job for me. Rarely have I had such a pleasant experience interacting with ALL of the staff of a car dealership. From the time we entered, we were warmly greeted by Tunch Basar and he made us feel very comfortable. Tu with ALL of the staff of a car dealership. Tunch was very knowledgeable of the technical attributes of the cars and took his time to explain and answer all of my questions, and I had many. At no time did we ever feel pressured or rushed. I also met with Ismet before we left and he was similarly professional, friendly and made me feel like they genuinely wanted to work with me. Tunch did follow up with me via email but again, in a professional and pleasant manner and I did not feel pressured. After I did my diligence on the other brands in which I was interested, I came back to purchase an Infinity (my second). During the negotiations I felt comfortable, unintimidated, and that both he and Ismet were trying to make the deal work for me. I was very comfortable with my final price, felt I was getting a good deal, so I purchased the car. As this car was a surprise for my wife, I came back later to give her a test drive. Tunch played along when we entered the showroom and acted like we were still interested buyers and not taking delivery. He let my wife test drive the car and then handed the keys and congratulated her on her new vehicle. The look of surprise on my wife's face was priceless! I also want to mention that working with Saqib Sakrani in the finance department was also very enjoyable. I had a previous negative experience with another dealer that after buying the car and going to Financing the dealership tagged on hundreds of extra charges that weren't previously disclosed. I walked away. Saqib was very thorough, completely open and honest with regard to the charges, and a similar pleasure with which to work. He even gave us some good restaurants to try! All in all we had fun buying our car from Warren Henry and their excellent staff and it was a very positive experience. I would recommend them without hesitation and the next time I am in need of a car will go there first because of the way we were treated and the very fair price we ended up paying. Kudos to you all.
