first and most, kudos to Tito Dallavalle for being a great and sympathetic salesman...I grace his enthusiasm and occasional passive persistence; I was satisfied for the business transaction which had tr great and sympathetic salesman...I grace his enthusiasm and occasional passive persistence; I was satisfied for the business transaction which had transparency from A to Z, trust me I'm quite detail oriented and savvy enough to take a good deal, Tito was extra kind he made sure the car was readily available for me in all aspects and receptive to my needs and requests. Secondly I'd like to deeply thank Carlos Keepershmit (used car Manager) because of his heavy voice, he may come across rough but trust me he is indeed a pleasant and knowledgeable individual he did his best to be transparent when crunching numbers for me. At the end, I felt pretty comfortable when I signed the paperwork. I'm a diligent person thus I did quite of research and was in the market for a while (approx 2 yrs) looking and expecting to find a reasonable deal, I bought a low miles and like-new used car BMW 328i sedan 2010; my model "I go where my money goes." meaning I watch after my money! Let me start by saying that i have been to many dealerships/mechanics in my day, but i have never felt the comfort that i do at Warren Henry. This was the third time getting my Nissan Altima servi dealerships/mechanics in my day, but i have never felt the comfort that i do at Warren Henry. This was the third time getting my Nissan Altima serviced there, and after this last experience i feel a review is well deserved. I was due for an oil change/tire rotation, so i went to see my service advisor Maetal. I dropped my car off with her and went to go run some errands around town. I received an email around 45 minutes later, which included a Multi Point Inspection report. The report indicated that i was up for a major service and that it is recommended that i have some other parts worked on. Shortly after receiving the email Maetal called me and we discussed the report in further detail. We went over each recommendation and what they would cost. We picked out the work that needed immediate attention, and never once did she pressure me into doing anything. I returned back to the dealership to pick up my car a few hours later and was greeted by Maetal and my freshly cleaned car. I highly recommend Warren Henry Infiniti service department, as they provide an affordable, comforting, luxury experience. More

It was by far the best experience buying a car I have had. Tunch took us on a long test drive which made me feel comforatble with the car as if it was already mine.
