I shopped long and hard to find the best deal I could strike with an Infiniti dealer in South Florida for my purchase of my 2013 JX35. I got the typical games from the different Infiniti dealers in Ft. Lauderdale where I live. I reached out to Eduardo Molko (sales manager) at Warren Henry Infiniti and there were no games. He was a complete gentleman to work with over the phone and he made me a deal that was worth driving to Miami to purchase my new car. All the dealers in Ft. Lauderdale said that Warren Henry was just throwing low numbers out at me to get me down there and then I should be prepared for the old “that car was just sold and I can’t offer you that price anymore”. Eduardo stuck to his word and figures over the phone and the car was detailed and waiting for me when I showed up to purchase it. The deal was signed and I was out the door with my brand new JX35 within an hour. Luis Cornide in the Finance Department was great. He matched an incredible rate I was pre-approved for with a credit union and made signing all of the documents a breeze. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured to make any kind of purchase or "rushed" in order to take the next possible buyer. We have been loyal Warren Henry Infiniti customers for six years, at the end of this lease it will be nine years and I have no intentions of parting ways. Tunch, his trainee and Saquib in finance have solidified my connection to this brand, the cars are amazing but after this experience I can safely say the people are as well.
