I had been searching for a pre-owned EX35 for several months, and finally found "the one" at Warren Henry. Our salesman, Tunch Basar was pleasant and professional. Unlike other dealerships where you go back and forth haggling over price, we had a deal just minutes after Tunch evaluated my trade! The Finance Manager, Alain Laucirica was also pleasant and professional. He explained all of the financing to us in great detail. I have a feeling I'll be holding on to this EX35 for awhile, but if I ever decide to get another Infinity, I'll be going back to Warren Henry! More

Great service great price I was looking to buy a car and was having trouble finding a dealer that was open and honest. Leo and the team at Warren Henry took great care of me be I was looking to buy a car and was having trouble finding a dealer that was open and honest. Leo and the team at Warren Henry took great care of me before during and even after I leased my new Q60 Infiniti. The service in all departments was top notch and everyone knew what they were talking about. When they didn't know the answer instead of making something up they inquired And got me to a person who did have an answer for me. I really like the warren Henry advantage as they call it which includes a bunch of options that other dealers make you pay an arm and a leg for ( key repair, dent insurance, free service , and even a concierge service) this is where most other dealers go wrong but I guess WH are in it for the long run. I was kind of an annoying an indecisive buyer but they only seemed to care about getting me into the car I wanted. Not pushing a model on me or worried about the fact that it was close to midnight. For sure the best car buyer experience I've ever had and will certainly be having the pleasure again when my lease is up and maybe I can find something else in the WH family like a range rover or jaguar. More
