We stopped by Warren Henry on our way to a previous appointment. We were greeted by Nik, who helped us understand the benefits and product features included in the QX60. He was very informative in explaining the QX60 base features, additional options and technology features. We came back the next day for a test drive, where Nik again showed us all of the available features of the QX60. He was very knowledgeable about the product as well as benefits of dealing with Warren Henry. When we decided to buy the car, he helped us select options available for the car. He also gave us a great deal and even showed us the MSPR vs. invoice. The entire experience was pleasant and we felt good from the time that we walked in the door to the time we drove the car away. He also introduced us to the service dept, scheduled our first appointment and did a detailed walk thru of the car. Nik was great to deal with both in terms of educating us about the car and walking us the process of making this purchase.
