Amazing AFTER SALE Experience While it is nice to read reviews about great sales and service, what happens after you have signed the papers and left the lot? Normally nothing. You never hear from your sales person and they never hear from you. What if you have a problem? You cringe and pray the guy who already received his commission check will answer your call! Long story short, Burak not only took my call, he helped! I bought a used car from him and there was a mix up with the type of service the car had received prior to my buying it. Once i realized what had happened it was nearly two weeks after the purchase, and I was certain this was going to be my problem. I called Burak, and not only did he call RIGHT back, he remedied the situation INSTANTLY! As if I wasn't already sold on his service, he has secured my business and those of anyone who will hear my recommendation! THANK YOU BURAK!!!!!!! More
