5 Star service from 5 star people. I've bought quite a few cars in my life, so I have had so many different experiences when looking at cars. This was absolutely the best experience I'v I've bought quite a few cars in my life, so I have had so many different experiences when looking at cars. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had. The service from the moment you walk in is amazing. I've been used to other dealerships where people approach you and try to get a sale out of you as quickly as possible. This experience was the opposite. All of the staff there were more friendly than I have ever seen at any other dealership. I was approached by a gentleman by the name of Jack who completely changed the way I look at dealerships. He asked if there was anything he could help us with and then offered to get us some coffee or water. All of the cars there looked amazing, an incredible selection. Jack created the best dealership experience I have ever had. After I saw the car and decided I wanted it, jack made sure that by the time I left the dealer the car was perfect. He had them clean and detail the entire car and it looked brand new. He also made the buying experience easy, he took care of everything so all I had to do was sit back and relax while everything was sorted out. There were a couple things I wanted done to the car before I left and I'm not even sure they had the parts at the dealership or not, but jack made it happen. I couldn't thank Jack enough, everything was perfect and I left in my new Range Rover. If anyone decides they want a Jaguar, Land Rover, or Infiniti, you absolutely have to go to this dealership and ask for Jack. You will receive the best service you've ever had at a dealership.
