My job keeps me quite busy and I was particularly swamped the week I began looking for my car. I emailed the Warren Henry team and they responded immediately. I wasn't able to have much phone convo due to my work schedule but was able to conduct the entire transaction by email with one of the nicest salespersons, Jack Rozanov. He was very patient and took the best care of me. He had my vehicle detailed and waiting on my arrival. He would've had it delivered but the delivery timing was a bit tricky. The staff at Warren Henry were all very service oriented and the atmosphere there was completely different from the typical sleazy car dealership vibe. I would highly recommend Warren Henry to anyone and plan to patronize them again for my next Infiniti. Happiness is....... :) More

As you can see in the above rating I gave 5 stars. The explanation and process from beginning to end was very smooth. I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Jack Rozanov. He was extremely genuine and also a true professional. I walked in to the dealer at 7:30 pm, almost close time for the day and I was received with a smile as if it was 9 am. First impression gave me confidence that the experience was going to be great. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After visiting different dealers ( 5 in total), I knew the deal I needed to make a deal work for me. I explained to him what I needed and gave him information on the deal I wanted and he made it work for me. He found a way to make a deal work for me! I came in with no intention to make a deal as I needed to make one more stop the next day before my final decision, however, Jack provided me with the deal I was looking for and I couldn't really asked for much more than what he offered. Thank you Jack! I will also like to highlight the financial Manager Saqib Carou, what a great guy! He made the financial process explanation easy to understand and was extremely pleasant (never seen that before! and I have purchase several cars throughout my life!).
