Wareing Sturgis Ford

They don't care about their customers. Buyer beware. I purchased a 2015 Taurus SHO from Scott Peterson Motors of Sturgis on October 5th 2019. The car only had 92k miles so I thought it woul Buyer beware. I purchased a 2015 Taurus SHO from Scott Peterson Motors of Sturgis on October 5th 2019. The car only had 92k miles so I thought it would be a decent car for the price I paid for it. There were some minor issues that I had to fix because the dealer didn't, but they weren't covered by their 3 month/3000 warranty. Had the car for a little over two months and put 3738 miles on it before the PTU failed on December 13th 2019 and broke part of the transmission casing with it. Called the dealership and the manager said they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't purchase an extended warranty. They sell cars that break and don't care about it because you didn't spend enough money. I may have just been unlucky, but I definitely won't be a customer for life. More
