My Salesman was friendly and informative. He made the whole leasing experience relaxing and not tense as it has been in prior dealings with other dealerships. I have bought several cars in my life this was my worst experience so the sales person lure's you great price than sales manager bums you and finally finance manager bums you again .I paid 3000 more than w experience so the sales person lure's you great price than sales manager bums you and finally finance manager bums you again .I paid 3000 more than what I originally wanted to spend when I realized it was making a mistake finance manager said you have to pay cancellation fee's I wonder if it is legal to charge fees on a transaction where i still did not take delivery of the vehicle. I am a single mom asst school teacher did not know what to do I just took the car un happily .Please be careful doing any business with wantagh Mitsubishi. More

I gave the rating because everyone was friendly and helpful. There was a rebate going on and the price I was quoted and also a great trade in on my car lead to an easy decision. Finally, a great car buying experience. Everybody friendly and attentive. Ask a question get an answer. Didn't have to wait 15 minutes while the salesman had to go speak to his boss. Straight forward wow like I stepped into a time machine. Put the fun back in buying a car. Bought my first new car in 1973. Cannot say enough about this!!! Did not think these kind of people existed any more. Sadly leased a car for my father from that big SUPER dealership on Long Island last week. Only because he his old lease was expiring. I think the name is Lie Cheat and Steal.Oh no starts with A. I asm very, very happy. More
