Last year I was looking into purchasing a vehicle from a different dealer (different make also) and was so disgusted that i simply walked out. At no time did I feel any kind of pressure to either make a purchase, buy a more expensive vehicle than I wanted or to purchase any add ons such as coverage, warranties, etc. The staffwas extremely friendly and afterwards the owner even came over to thank me for purchasing my vehicle through them. Looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle and saw a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor on their website. I called and the car was available so I went to see it. I m I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle and saw a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor on their website. I called and the car was available so I went to see it. I met Marty and we went for a test drive. The car was in excellent shape. I asked about the "internet" price and Marty said the price advertised is the price of the car. I told him I am paying cash and he said there are no gimmicks to get me in the door and have to finance the car, that was the price. I wanted my wife to drive the car and she went two days later and drove it. They didn't try to sell it before she got there. Two days later drove off the lot. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this dealer because they pull no punches. More

Our sales associate Alyse Vargas was exceptional in her professional knowledge and communication. We were able to make our decision with such confidence that we were buying the right car working with Alyse. . She was also immediately available when we had phone questions, always answering calls promptly and making followup calls to make sure all was ok (both before and after the purchase). We also worked with Martin Nix in management and Mark Perlberg in finance. Everyone was so attentive and conscientious. It makes you wish all higher level retail could meet this level of professionalism and present such a courteous environment. Absolutely amazing I never thought car buying would be as pleasurable as it was. I walked into Wantagh Mitsubishi and was greeted with open arms. I sat down with Marti I never thought car buying would be as pleasurable as it was. I walked into Wantagh Mitsubishi and was greeted with open arms. I sat down with Martin Nix and he was so eager to help me. I start nursing school this Fall and my parents felt I needed something super reliable that had 4 wheel drive since I would be driving in all weather conditions. I gave Martin the range in which I wanted my monthly payments and he sat with me for 2+ hours to get those payments where I wanted them to be by picking and choosing what I absolutely NEEDED in the car. Finally when he got the payment to where I felt comfortable he told me no pressure at all, and that I could let him know my decision in the next few days ( NO car dealership says that without taking at least a deposit). They always want you to make the decision right there! I felt no pressure at all, and felt so confident in my decision to choose a brand new 2015 Outlander Sport as my new vehicle. I was called the next morning at 11 am to come and pick my vehicle up at 1pm where I signed all my paperwork. Carol Barnao walked me through my new car showing me how to work everything, and even set up my phone to the Bluetooth. She was amazing and so sweet! I also got a remote start put in, but it wasn't in the day I picked up my car so a few days later I brought my car to get the remote start put in and dealt with Gary O'Toole. He gave me a loaner car for the day so I wasn't inconvenienced being without a car for the day. I really enjoy having that available so I never have to worry if my car needs servicing. My mom and sister love my car so much they are talking about coming into Mitsubishi to look at cars! More
