Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable dealer I was planning on spending an entire day hopping around from car dealership to car dealership, but instead, I didn't get further than Wantagh Mitsu be I was planning on spending an entire day hopping around from car dealership to car dealership, but instead, I didn't get further than Wantagh Mitsu because my salesman Marty Dar Conte was so friendly and knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. I was looking to lease and he found me a new Outlander Sport SE in my preferred color (blue). During the test drive, he showed off how easy the car is to handle and made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel myself. I also liked that he shared with me how his own family members drive the same cars and he was knowledgeable about the different features of the car. I never felt rushed or like he was just looking to close the deal, and he was happy to explain what the different car models and trims offered, run different quotes for me to compare and he even helped me keep my toddler entertained throughout the process. He was able to deliver the car to me, with the oil changed, gas tank filled, etc. by the following afternoon and I drove off a very happy customer. I also had a nice experience with Mark Perlberg, who clearly explained the different service and warranty packages available while not pressuring me to take any that I was not interested in. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this dealership and would recommend it. More

Bought an Outlander - great price and great car Bought a new Outlander. Told Alyse our price range and required features and she promised we could work something out. Originally looked at Outlande Bought a new Outlander. Told Alyse our price range and required features and she promised we could work something out. Originally looked at Outlander Sport but changed to Outlander as it more roomy and a better fit. Alyse and Marty worked the price so that it would be in our range. My wife saw sales consultant Carol Barnao inside the showroom and a day later we drove out with a brand new and lovely 2017 Outlander Sport. This is now the second Outlander Sport we have purchased and in both instances Carol has been as wonderful and professional as a Sales Consultant can be. There is never any pressure or anxiety when you speak to Carol, only facts and truthfulness. Carol is not just a sales consultant but a true friend and caring person. Friendly, thorough, fair. I recently contacted Carol through their website while looking for a used Audi A5. Carol responded quickly via phone and answered all of my questions. I recently contacted Carol through their website while looking for a used Audi A5. Carol responded quickly via phone and answered all of my questions. I was not going to be able to come in to see the car until the next day, she offered to put the car on a 48 hour hold for me with only a $100 refundable deposit, easy as pie. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning I met Carol and she took me to see the car, it was freshly cleaned and she had it stored inside waiting for me to see it. The used car manager took a look at my trade in Mercedes and we began to work the numbers, it only took about 15 minutes to come to an agreement that was comfortable for me, and worked for them as well. I met the finance manager and we worked out some numbers, they were fair and about what i had expected to pay. The entire process was without issue, I even had the chance to talk with the owner of the dealership who was super nice and offered me his card if i ever had any issues. All in all I think Wantagh Mitsu is a top notch store and I would not hesitate in shaping there again. P.S. As I was about to leave the Used Car Manager came out, checked the car, saw it wasn't full of fuel and went to fill it himself. Any other dealership would have just left it. #AWESOME More
