I was greeted online by a Marty Darconte who I felt was rude thru the chatroom. I was asking if I could get a rate online. I was told no, i have to come in person to do it. Marty then left the chat room without asking if there was anything else I needed. I restarted the chatroom and was greeted by a Beth. She answered my questions in a pleasant manner and before disconnecting asked i was satisfied. I came in the very next day to the dealership where no one said a hello to me or even made a attempt to greet me. I was standing there until I happened to make eye contact with Carol and told her i talked to a Beth online in which i was told there was no such employee. Apparently it's a alias the chat software has or they created it. After that was sorted out everything went extremely well and up hill and i am pleased with the expertise and professionalism and speed of Carol and Wantagh Mitsubishi. More

Alyse made this a truly pleasurable leasing experience right from our first meeting. She also introduced us to Gary in the Service Department. Upon delivery, Mark, the General Sales Manager thoroughly explained all of the offered optional coverages at very fair monthly rates that we added to the basic lease amount.
