I bought my 2021 CX9 1yr at Wantagh Mazda. The sale itself was seamless. I just brought it in for an issue of a mysterious beeping. It turns out they had to reset to the factory default which was great because the beeping is gone. I can’t say enough how efficient they were. David who work on my SUV and Zee who sat with me and reprogrammed all my radio stations, synchronize my phone, made sure my auto start worked and put my door settings back. Thank you Zee for your patience. This is my 3rd CX9 the first 2 were bought at Garden City Mazda where I will never go to again, so when I was rear ended and had to get a new car we went to Wantagh Mazda. They have the best service I have ever dealt with. My experience with Wantagh Mazda was above and beyond my expectations. You won’t be disappointed. More

I’ve made 2 recent visits to the Service Dept. and both times dealt with Craig Rotter. The first time was for a recall which was taken care of seamlessly, including the arrangement of the loaner v and both times dealt with Craig Rotter. Not knowing if it was low air or a flat, I stopped into the service department of Wantagh Mazda which was on my way. Craig had someone check the tires and thankfully it was just a low air issue. He and the service team were very efficient, courteous, and accommodating. More

Never thought of Mazda before, but I’m glad I did. Previously owned a Subaru Forester which I put a lot of money into and the dealership didn’t seem to care. My Mazda CX 5 is very comfortable a drives like a dream. As a plus, it also gets very good gas mileage( about 5 mpg better than my Forester).
