I wanted to give praise where praise is do. Craig Rotter Asst. Service Mgr helped us resolve a safety issue with our 2023 CX5. We accessorized our car with an after market item that affected the performance of our start/stop ignition switch. The Wantagh Service team led by Dave Palmer and Craig responded to our service needs immediately and ultimately helped us remove the accessory item that both my wife and I could not remove from our car. With one call to the GM Vin Vergara, the service team addressed our concerns and even had a a service loaner ready just in case our car needed to be left overnight. I highly recommend the Wantagh Mazda Service and Sales team for all your automotive needs. More
