What makes me going back every time (it is pretty far away from me) I have had my CX-9 for eight years. It has been always serviced by Wantagh Mazda. I had the rear axle seal job done last week there; Gary arranged the courtesy car and repair was finished promptly as promised. More

Great service department I had a flat tire and called Mazda roadside assistance. They arrived within 30 minutes, I called the dealer and had no appointment, but the graciously I had a flat tire and called Mazda roadside assistance. They arrived within 30 minutes, I called the dealer and had no appointment, but the graciously took me in as an emergency. The tire was not repairable. Thank god I had the tire warranty. They got me a new tire, mounted it, checked all the other tires as well, I was out of there within an hour..! NO COST...This is "service" at it's best. More
The Best Experience I Could Have Hoped For I live quite a distance from Wantagh. Three of the icons on my dashboard lit up. I called on a Monday to make an appointment. I was told the earliest I live quite a distance from Wantagh. Three of the icons on my dashboard lit up. I called on a Monday to make an appointment. I was told the earliest appt. was for Wednesday. I told the person that I had friends available that day only that would be able to follow me in their car, in case my car broke down. I asked that they fix it at their earliest convenience. Much to my surprise and delight they called that day, late afternoon to tell me that my car was ready for pick up. It was fully repaired! The Service Department is great, fabulous, the best! More
