Exceptional Service from start to finish! Brought my 2011 CX9 in and it was determined that I needed a new transmission and rear drive shaft. As the parts needed to be ordered and the repair Brought my 2011 CX9 in and it was determined that I needed a new transmission and rear drive shaft. As the parts needed to be ordered and the repair would take a few days once they were in, I was given a loaner car ( 2018 CX5....nice ride btw!) and kept informed of the progress throughout. Craig was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with as were the rest of the service staff. I picked up my car today and it not only runs like a dream again, it was washed and the interior cleaned....now that is service.!! More

My Mazda 3 needed inspection at the end of month, and Gary had me in and out so fast I didn't even had a chance to drink my coffee across the street. What a pleasure that service team is to deal with, that is why we have bought 3 vehicles in the last 17 years there. Couldn't have been nicer! I had two service appointments this week. One for my 2016 Mazda 3 (regular maintenance) and one for my son's 2010 Mazda 6 (airbag recall.)
