Gary Gavin the service manager met me at the desk with a smile and helped me out. He was courteous and reassuring. I felt like I knew him for years. As I sat there I watched and witnessed a service department that was dedicated to their customers. They even helped a woman with a small child out to her car. They really do care about the customer. Every customer was treated like " they mattered". Gary Gavin and Craig Rotter are employees anyone would be happy to have. They care, work hard, respectful and kind! My entire experience was great! Bravo to Gary and Craig! More

Top Notch Service Everytime Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arr Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arranged for a Friday afternoon drop off and had my loaner car ready to go. He called me Saturday to let me know my car was done. I picked up my CX-5 ,dropped off my loaner and was on my way. On Monday I got a call from Gary Gavin letting me know I had left my handicap permit in the loaner. No doubt saving me from a headache and ticket since I hadnt realized. A very pleasurable service experience. I recently had to have my CX5 serviced. I chose Wantagh Mazda because it was conveniently located on Sunrise highway by the Wantagh parkway. I was treated to a very courteous and pleasant experience. The service writer, Gary, couldn't be nicer. He made sure that I received all the things that I needed in the least amount of time possible and while I waited, he kept me updated as to the process. I will definitely be bringing all my cars here from now on. More

Great Customer Service I brought my car in due to a recall. I arrived early and was meet by Craig Rotter. He welcomed me and told me he would take care of everything and wo I brought my car in due to a recall. I arrived early and was meet by Craig Rotter. He welcomed me and told me he would take care of everything and would also provide a full circle inspection for free. While driving there a light came on and I had no idea what it was for. He said no problem and went right out to check the car. Turns out it was due to a nail in my tire. He explained that since they were new tires they were probably still under warranty and I could get it repaired for free or they could take are of it now for a small charge. Not wanting to drive around with this I asked that he take are of it. He showed me where the waiting room was and I was offered coffee. I would not hesitate to return again for service. More
