Craig in service was more than helpful, he went above and beyond researching the details of my warranty with mazda to ensure i woudlnt have to pay for anything i didnt need to. In the end Craig confirmed mazda would cover my the cost of my repair with nothing out of pocket. i cant recommend wantagh mazda enough for their service and honesty. thank you! More

Incredible customer service We just finished leasing a Mazda from Wantagh Mazda less than 2 weeks ago, unfortunately for me I hit a curb and blew out my tire I called Wantagh Maz We just finished leasing a Mazda from Wantagh Mazda less than 2 weeks ago, unfortunately for me I hit a curb and blew out my tire I called Wantagh Mazda so I could get a new tire and get it serviced the person on the phone was very courteous and directed me to the correct department. Today I went in to get the new tire and get it serviced and I have to say that I have never seen such an amazing group of people working together to ensure customer satisfaction. The person that did the service was Garry who was extremely efficient and prompt he walked me through what he did and gave me some good advice. I was in total awe with the service I received this is our first time leasing a Mazda and I assure you that if this is the service we will be getting we won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this specific location for the service and the people that go above and beyond. Service department was attentive to my needs I had a low tire pressure light on and entered service drive without an appointment.
