Avoid. Thumbs down! Way down! Both Gary and Craig are unprofessional. When it comes to servicing an older car they have no patience or professionalism. All I needed was an oil plug, and just because Mazda does not make that part anymore, they glued the old plug in and recommended I pay for an expensive oil pan.I went to another mechanic and he recommended a few different oil plugs that would work. Avoid this place. All they want you to do is lease a new car from them, so they could do less work! More

I hit debris from a large tree that had fallen on the parkway and could feel that the car was driving differently afterwards. Craig took the car for a drive himself and ultimately found that I'd caused s parkway and could feel that the car was driving differently afterwards. Craig took the car for a drive himself and ultimately found that I'd caused some damage to one of the tires. Determining it was still safe to drive, he rotated the tires, free of charge, and said if I still feel something, I should replace the tire. Trying the least expensive fix first...I think that's probably unheard of at most other dealerships. Thank you, again. More
