Great experience at this dealership! We had been looking around for just the right family SUV. We were happy to have decided on the Mazda CX-5. My husband went in on Monday to see about pricing the model an around for just the right family SUV. We were happy to have decided on the Mazda CX-5. My husband went in on Monday to see about pricing the model and options we wanted and got a great deal! We had the pleasure of working with Phil. He made the whole process so seamless and so easy and we were there on Wednesday to sign and take delivery! They were busy as it was the end of the month but within an hour we had signed and were driving our new car! All the guys there were very helpful and friendly. Just when I thought kindness and honesty didn’t exist in the world of auto sales, I stumbled upon Wantagh Mazda. From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors of Wantagh Mazda we knew we were the world of auto sales, I stumbled upon Wantagh Mazda. From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors of Wantagh Mazda we knew we were in the right place. Even with the craziness of Black Friday, were met with warm smiles and immediately handed the keys to test drive the vehicle we were interested in. They didn’t press us over finances first to see if they were wasting their time, they just treated us like friends and family who were looking for a new car. When we returned from our test drive we sat down with Victor, Phil, and Kenny. They were funny, kind, friendly, and most importantly, they were transparent and honest. They wrote down all of the fees and were extremely open with us from the very start. There were no surprises, just black and white numbers. I can’t say enough how refreshing that was. After reviewing the practical information, we knew we could likely get a little bit more for my trade by selling privately and perhaps save a little bit more on the payments if we went to a ‘larger dealer’, but that for us was not even an option. We were so happy with every aspect of our experience at Wantagh Mazda that we couldn’t even conceive of going anywhere else. So there we were, only a few hours later, being handed the keys to my beautiful new CX-5 Grand Touring, and not a doubt in our minds that we had chosen the best place for this entire experience. We are already planning to go back for my husbands next vehicle and my mother-in-law is planning to go there as well as she is SO impressed by our story. Craig in service was more than helpful, he went above and beyond researching the details of my warranty with mazda to ensure i woudlnt have to pay for anything i didnt need to. In the end Craig confirmed mazda would cover my the cost of my repair with nothing out of pocket. i cant recommend wantagh mazda enough for their service and honesty. thank you! More

Because of your kindness and keeping her with in her budget and how she was treated. With that being said I came back again November 2019 this time for me , to look at the CX9 . We test drove the car and loved it ,it took us an hour of sitting in it front and rear seats and 3rd row . I have never leased a car before , we always purchased new cars.
