Wonderful purchasing experience I had a wonderful experience purchasing my brand new Mazda 3! I had been thinking of purchasing a new car and, on the recommendation from a friend, we I had a wonderful experience purchasing my brand new Mazda 3! I had been thinking of purchasing a new car and, on the recommendation from a friend, went to Wantagh Mazda on President's day basically to 'shop' and not planning on making purchase that day.....but I did. I was treated with kindness and smiles from the moment I walked in the door. Victor, also recommend by the same friend, was wonderful to work with....very friendly and extremely patient with my endless questions.. Even though it was a busy sales day, he never made me feel rushed nor pressured in any way. I was very nervous going in as I was making this purchasing decision on my own. Victor made me feel comfortable every step of the way. During the test drive he pointed out and explained all the safety features of the car which are amazing. By the time we got done with the test drive I was SOLD on this car. I discussed with Victor what extras I wanted, Phil searched and found exactly what I was looking for and had it delivered to the dealership within a couple of days. The purchasing process was finished today when I picked up my new car. Again, Victor took his time explaining how to use all the features and made sure I understood everything. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Wantagh Mazda and Victor if you're looking for a new car.
