I had my car serviced at WANTAGH Mazda for an oil change and an inspection. While the mechanic was doing the inspection, he found some issues with my rear brakes. They send you a video so you can see the i and an inspection. While the mechanic was doing the inspection, he found some issues with my rear brakes. They send you a video so you can see the issue yourself. I was waiting for my car because I had a funeral mass to go to that morning. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get the work done and I would need to make another appointment. But, Craig Rotter offered me a loaner car and said they could absolutely get the work done for me. I’ve heard getting a loaner car at other dealerships was an issue, so I was thrilled to hear this news from Craig. He is an incredible service person and I have been very lucky to work with him on all my service appointments. When I came out of the funeral mass, there was a message on my phone that my car was ready. Thank you Craig and Wantagh Mazda! More
