My car had just died and I was extremely apprehensive about looking for a new vehicle. I stopped into Wantagh Mazda with little hopes of finding anything. However, as soon as I walked in we were introduc about looking for a new vehicle. I stopped into Wantagh Mazda with little hopes of finding anything. However, as soon as I walked in we were introduced to Victor. I told him what I was looking for and my price range was and he made it happen, along with the help of Joe. My first time leasing a vehicle was an absolute breeze with Victor. You can tell he really cares about his work and the people he works with. You can also tell how family-oriented this dealership is and they're not trying to xx you. I felt super comfortable working with Victor as well as Joe; they were 2 of the most pleasant people to interact with in what can be a high-stress situation. I would recommend him and this dealership anytime someone needs to lease or buy a car. More

Thanks to Vic & Phil at Wantagh Mazda for making this the best car dealership experience I have ever had. My Toyota lease was coming to an end (I have had 5 leases with Toyota and own 2 other Toyotas - so we best car dealership experience I have ever had. My Toyota lease was coming to an end (I have had 5 leases with Toyota and own 2 other Toyotas - so we WERE true Toyota people), But when I went to Toyota, the lease price they offered for the same model car (just 3 years later) was over $100 a month more that I was currently paying. So I left and went to Wantagh Mazda just to see what they had. Speaking with Vic at Wantagh Mazda was like talking to a guy from the old neighborhood. He made us feel welcome, no high pressure sales tactics, quoted a number that was reasonable. We were able to do a quick test drive, loved both the CX-5 and CX-30 but decided on the CX-30. The closing paperwork process was so easy. I am so happy with my new Mazda! Great team and great experience at Wantagh Mazda! More

I recently had an oil leak in my 2020 Mazda CX-5. I brought the car to Wantagh Mazda for an Analysis. They said the Cylinder Head needed to be replaced and that it would be covered under the Powertra I brought the car to Wantagh Mazda for an Analysis. They said the Cylinder Head needed to be replaced and that it would be covered under the Powertrain Warranty. The Cylinder Head was replaced at no cost too me. I got the car back and it runs beautiful. Wantagh Mazda has the best Service Dept. I’ve ever dealt with. I gave them 5 Stars for being Honorable, Customer focused and for their Mechanical Expertise. Been an extremely happy customer since 2016, same car. Craig has always been friendly and quick to help with any concerns I've had about my car. I met Darrell for the first time and he got me set up immediately after I walked in. I prefer to always come here, despite having many options closer to home. I've only trusted bringing my car in for maintenance at Wantagh. Never had a bad experience. They'll check if parts are still under warranty, even when I didn't ask. I've never been swindled for services that I don't need, unlike other shops. In fact, there have been times when I was advised that I didn't need work or that it can wait until a future visit. Who does that?! I really love the mechanic's video of what they've worked on, and the text messages letting me know immediately if there is an issue or when the car is ready - Even when I'm waiting in the office. I appreciate how they value customers and look forward to many more years of working with the service department for my maintenance (and the rare hiccup) of my Mazda6. More
