I picked up my new CX50 this weekend , Charlie was my salesperson. I started the process by phone , then I went in to test drive the car and see the financing , then I had to wait for the car to come in salesperson. I started the process by phone , then I went in to test drive the car and see the financing , then I had to wait for the car to come in and the price never changed , the price they quoted me was the price I paid. There were no gimmicks, no hidden fees , no B.S. They go through the financing with you and give you numbers in writing so you can go home and double check it yourself. Initially I had my own financing but I got a better rate from Mazda so I went with their financing. Car dealers were my least favorite people and I have stormed out of dealerships before , because of their slimy behavior but at Wantagh Mazda they are transparent. I got a fair price at MSRP ( no crazy dealer mark- ups ) and great customer service . They are not going to have you sitting there all day I was in and out in about 2 hours . I bought my 2021 CX9 1yr at Wantagh Mazda. The sale itself was seamless. I just brought it in for an issue of a mysterious beeping. It turns out they had to reset to the factory default which was great because the beeping is gone. I can’t say enough how efficient they were. David who work on my SUV and Zee who sat with me and reprogrammed all my radio stations, synchronize my phone, made sure my auto start worked and put my door settings back. Thank you Zee for your patience. This is my 3rd CX9 the first 2 were bought at Garden City Mazda where I will never go to again, so when I was rear ended and had to get a new car we went to Wantagh Mazda.
