Can you say number 1 dealer in NY state? ABSOLUTELY!!!! I live in NJ and for 2 weeks was dealing with NJ dealers. Phil gave me a great price and also did not charge any rubbish charges like inflated Doc fees and Anti-theft VIN etching fees that NJ dealers do.
