I never once felt any pressure and felt very comfortable with Phil. Not only was he very patient and made everything easy to understand, he also worked with me to bring the monthly payment down to where I was comfortable with - and even threw in some extra features! From my very first conversation with him, Phil told me there would be no shadowgames, no misleading numbers, and that the number he would get back to me with would be the lowest possible. When Phil called me back not even thirty minutes later, his price came in at almost $30.00 less per month. My entire transaction with Phil was able to be conducted via the phone. I met with Phil a day or two before my scheduled pickup, and he was super professional and allowed me as much time as I needed to go over every last feature of my car. They were the ANTI-CAR SALESMEN! Amazing! They stayed late with me answering my questions, carefully looked over my trade in car (stayed late waiting for the assesment guy to arrive) they crunched numbers every which way to fit my budget (this was not easy). Never never were they annoyed when I considered the less expensive model (sport CX-5).....long story short....David gave me a great price on the car I wanted (CX-5 touring), spent a significant amount of time with me, was a professional gentleman. I loved the whole vibe there...In hindsight, I wish I had not wasted time elsewhere being discouraged. I was heavily armed with specs and competitive price quotes..the journey leading up to Wantagh should NOT have been so hard.
