Mr. Bonavita was also able to handle the entire transaction personally, as opposed to sending me around to five different managers, finance agents and title specialists. I never once felt any pressure and felt very comfortable with Phil. Not only was he very patient and made everything easy to understand, he also worked with me to bring the monthly payment down to where I was comfortable with - and even threw in some extra features! From my very first conversation with him, Phil told me there would be no shadowgames, no misleading numbers, and that the number he would get back to me with would be the lowest possible. When Phil called me back not even thirty minutes later, his price came in at almost $30.00 less per month. My entire transaction with Phil was able to be conducted via the phone. I met with Phil a day or two before my scheduled pickup, and he was super professional and allowed me as much time as I needed to go over every last feature of my car. I would highly recommend Phil and the staff at Wantagh Mazda if you're ever in the market for a Mazda. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him.
