My gf and i were looking for a new crossover SUV and ended up visiting Wantagh mazda to look at the cx5. My favorite part of Victor was the fact that he got to the point of the sale; we wanted a new car so he showed us the price, the options and allowed us to discuss it. He is not the type of sales guy that attempts to be overly friendly where it becomes awkward, but instead he is very down to earth. He will not call you the next day to ask how your day is going, instead he will tell you the deal is on the table and if you wish to come back he will be glad to help you. This did not change after we had agreed on everything and was very courteous when it came to calling us and updating us on the day of the car pick up. This is my third lease with Wantagh Mazda. I find the staff easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Phil was very knowledgeable, kind and not at all pushy as other salesmen were from other dealerships. I purchased my first car from Wantagh Mazda in 2007 from Victor. From the day I bought my car I have never had any problems or regrets. We did inform him that we purchased our first car from Victor and was looking to work with him again. He had no problem giving Victor the recognition for the sale. Ken did a great job in helping us decide which car and and whether a lease or a purchase was the better option for me. He was informative and patient while we asked questions and made a decision. After I purchased the car, from then on I dealt with Victor. He kept me updated about the insurance papers and called me to set up a day and time to come and pick up the car. Victor is very helpful, informative, and accommodating. After picking up my car, Victor called me the next day to ask how the car was and he set up a 1 month appointment for me. He does his job well and is genuinely concerned that you will love your new car. My experience the second time was just as great as the first, if not better. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More
