My experience shopping at Wantagh Mazda was wonderful. David answered all necessary questions while also giving me the space I needed to make a decision in the time period that I wanted. Dealerships for the most part are the worst. You are lucky if you can get a decent salesman and then you go to the financial managers and that is usually like walking into the lions cage. David Chiari is a great person and excellent salesman and I would send family and friends to him. Next stop financial with Joe Stella and Kenny Davis. They were honest and direct which was refreshing. Dealerships should stop in and visit these gentlemen and take some pointers from them. I will return for another Mazda. More

When I walked into Wantagh Mazda I was actually happy to see that it was a small intimate sales floor. Victor took me out to test drive the CX-5 and not once did I feel like he was pushing the car on me. see that it was a small intimate sales floor. When we got back Phil sat down with me and wrote down every pricing detail, down to taxes and DMV charges. In the end, the monthly payment he told me was the monthly payment I got. He even worked with me a bit. There is no back room that they disappear into and leave you sitting there by yourself. No hidden charges, no gimmicks, no bait and switch. Everything and everyone is out there in the open. I met with Kenny to finalize my financing and paperwork, and he was not the typical "Finance Guy", meaning he was a pleasure to work with. Not once did I feel pressure to buy from anyone on the staff. I made 3 trips, and the total time spent there from test drive to ownership was 2 hours. The icing on the cake...my beautiful new Mazda CX-5! Victor even sat in the car with me and went over every button. I'm a very happy customer. More

I came to Wantagh Mazda after being put through the ringer at other car dealerships. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very differently from the previous dealerships I visited. They really wanted to work to help me and did not play games which was appreciated. David Chiari was great, friendly and efficient. Everything I asked for, he made happen. No pressure and great customer service. Kenny Davis was a breathe of fresh air after dealing with the finance department at the other dealerships. He is truely on your side. I left there feeling confident (and not defeated) that I was getting everything I was looking for at a fair price. If only all dealerships could operate as honestly and with the customer truely in mind as this one. Needless to say, I was very happy with the experience from beginning to end and absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5! Thank you David and Kenny for being such a pleasure to work with. More
