Beginning w/the first time I stopped in to test drive the CX-50 a few months before purchasing the car, Victor Liantonio was a pleasure to deal with. No tagging along or restrictions on how or where to drive CX-50 a few months before purchasing the car, Victor Liantonio was a pleasure to deal with. No tagging along or restrictions on how or where to drive the car- handed the keys over to me & only asked I come inside & get him when I was finished w/the drive. Best test driving experience I ever had w/a new car, & I really got to test it w/o worries or concerns. No hand holding from a dealer rep in the car w/me, something I had become accustomed to at other dealerships. What's more, no hard sales talk when I got back & no follow up pressure calls later on. Principal reason I returned after I decided on the CX-50 was that experience, & that only continued w/the sale. Straight talk, no pressures for add ons or long delays meeting w/multiple reps, again like past experiences w/other dealerships. Started w/Victor & that's where it ended. Up to the point I made the decision to buy the car, thought the full day/high pressure sales process was the norm. Was I ever wrong w/these guys!
