Initially my wife and I were looking at a competitors SUV and we had a terrible experience with them. He was very professional, helpful, friendly, and most of all, honest. I told him exactly want I wanted in my lease and the very next day he gave me the perfect quote. There was no haggling, no surprise fees, the price he stated didn't change because "I didn't qualify for special promotions." He told me he would process all of my information on Friday so he car would be ready for pick up on Saturday. He even took care of the insurance for me! Saturday came and my wife and I took a cab from Brooklyn to the dealership (which was over an hour away). Just as Joe promised, we were in and out in no time. It was well worth it to go out of our way to this amazing dealership and experience WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
