I deal with the service department several times each year for for regular servicing of my Mazda . Jim and Gary are great and always extremely helpful. I never worry that the job has not been done properly; it's nice to have that kind of trust at a dealership. I have also always been very happy with any Mazda I have purchased over the years; no major problems at all The entire staff is friendly,courteous and efficient. As you can tell I would highly recommend Wantagh Mazda! More

I have been leasing Nissans for the last 12 years and it was time for a change. Our salesman, Victor Liantonio, was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all respectful. There was never a hard sell. He told us about the different models as well as the standard equipment/options for each. He then helped us find the right model/options for the best price. Kenny from finance walked us easily and painlessly through the lease. Finally, the manager, Joe, gave us REAL prices. Everybody is entitled to make a profit, but it is always a pleasure to deal with someone who not trying to rob you blind. I can't comment on the Service Department since I just took home the car today. I hope I will never have to. As far as the overall visual appeal of the dealership itself...please don't judge this book by it's cover. I grew up in the area and this dealership has ALWAYS been here. That definitely says something positive for it's staying power. It is a small building with a small showroom. Once you get over that and meet everyone inside, you will get over that quite quickly. More

Leasing a car was so easy.! I wanted a car with a manual transmission and they were able to locate one and have it ready to pick up in 2 days. So far so good. We had some problems to work out regarding my car and they went above and beyond to make sure and I quote "I walk away satisfied and hopefully a repeat customer". As of today, I can say I am!!! I don't believe the car buying experience is this way with most dealers, WANTAGH MAZDA stands out from the rest! With most car dealers giving a very profit-oriented superficial business demeanor, the personable family feel experience at Wantagh Mazda is a breath of fresh air. They are a business and have goals to achieve, which I respect with any business of course, but they haven't lost the art of "customer" service and standing behind their product! More
