Most Pleasant Experience Buying a Car I did a lot of online research and made several inquiries for different brands, not just Mazda. I did not want a sales pitch, I wanted answers to questions by email. Everyone else wanted to get me on the phone, which I did not have time for during the weekday. Joseph Bonavita was one of only two people who responded with actual answers, without hassle. The answers were so complete, I didn't bother to call, I just scheduled an appointment and my spouse and I went to look at the cars. Joe's no rush demeanor, accommodating style and well explained financing (all the better with Mazda's wonderful 0%) is what convinced us. The only uncertainty we had at that point was which color to Choose~ Even to the end, when we picked up the car, we sat in there while he explained how to use all the features, which was a first for me. Thank you for making the purchasing experience so easy and pleasant. As long as we drive Mazdas, I will certainly be calling on Joe and will be recommending him to anyone who is in the market.
