Couldn't have been nicer! I had two service appointments this week. One for my 2016 Mazda 3 (regular maintenance) and one for my son's 2010 Mazda 6 (airbag recall.) I decided I had two service appointments this week. One for my 2016 Mazda 3 (regular maintenance) and one for my son's 2010 Mazda 6 (airbag recall.) I decided to wait each day for both cars. I was greeted with a warm welcome and attention. The service advisors took care of both cars quickly as they knew I was waitiing. My car is serviced in a reasonable amount of time. And dropping off the courtesy car and picking up my car has been very easy and quick both times. More

AT WANTAGH MAZDA & EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED & HE EMAILED BACK SO FAST WITH QUOTES & MORE INFO REGARDING TRIM.I GOT A GOOD VIBE, SO WE WENT IN TO TEST DRIVE A CX5. I LOVED IT IT & WE DID THE PRELIM PAPERWORK RIGHT THERE. THE TERRIFIC SALES MANAGER, PHIL, FOUND THE CAR I WANTED RIGHT AWAY, PRICE WAS AWESOME & WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR THE NEXT DAY, ALL PAPERS WERE READY, CAR ALL SPIFFED UP, & IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, WE WERE ON OUR WAY HOME.
