Top Notch Service Everytime Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arr Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arranged for a Friday afternoon drop off and had my loaner car ready to go. He called me Saturday to let me know my car was done. I picked up my CX-5 ,dropped off my loaner and was on my way. On Monday I got a call from Gary Gavin letting me know I had left my handicap permit in the loaner. No doubt saving me from a headache and ticket since I hadnt realized. The other dealers we went to did alot of "okay-we-can-sell-at-this-price", but all those agreements were NOT written on paper. Joe was very transparent about the pricing of the vehicle and gave myself and my father a great deal. Best Sales Experience at Wantagh Mazda Can't say enough about how well customers are treated at this dealership. I walked in after visiting Huntington Mazda that morning. I was told by Huntington that "you will NEVER get that price for that car". I'm glad to say that I did get my asking price and the sales person , Joe Bonavita, couldn't have been more pleasant. He greeted me with a smile and gentle way about him, he asked me what model I was looking at at the features I needed and then put all the information about the car, including, all financial info, so I could make an educated decision on the price negotiated. and guess what? He even gave me a brochure!!!! Homerun! We went back for a test drive , and while Joe was with another customer, David Chiari, asked us if we had any other questions and showed us the other neat features of the car. Upon pickup all paperwork was ready. Joe knew the features and explained the entire dash to my son and within half hour we were out of there. Pleasant, knowlegeable, and honest. This dealership is not high pressure and sneaky like others. They are very transparent and customer service oriented. A pleasure. More

Outstanding Experience I met David of Wantagh Mazda about 6 months ago. I thought it was one of those lucky times in my life where I found an excellent sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining the differences in all the Mazda models. At the time I had just started looking for a new car and continued to shop. During the next 6 months I returned to Wantagh another 3-4 times as I started to narrow down my decision to the CX5. David was not available for 2 of those visits and it was then I realized that not only was David exceptional but each person at the Dealership who I came into contact. Each was willing to help with any questions I had without any sense of pressure to try and sell me. It was the kind of customer experience and service I thought was long gone. After looking for several months I called David and told him I was ready to make a purchase. He said he had thought I had purchased a car already. I said I have a bit of a detail compulsion and do lots of research but more so my wife and I agreed if and when we made our purchase it would be with David and Wantagh Mazda. We looked at many dealers and other brands. No one else came close. For the value and experience you will be very happy. My family loves the CX5. Very satisfied again I have always had good experiences with Wantagh and my new lease was no exception. They offered to pay off my lease if I got a new car from them and o I have always had good experiences with Wantagh and my new lease was no exception. They offered to pay off my lease if I got a new car from them and of course I accepted because I was going to get a new car in August. Charlie and I were able to agree on the new payment over the phone and the car was picked up yesterday. He explained all the operating systems to me and assured me that he would always be available if I had any questions. This is my 3rd Mazda and have felt the people in the service dept. have always been friendly and dependable when I took it in. This a dealership which is always honest and I feel do an outstanding jog in customer service. I would highly recommend them . More
