Hi I took our 2016 Mercedes CLS 400 for a routine servicing. Kelly Sandefur is now my advisor. It was so refreshing to see a woman behind the desk. She was excellent with her customers service. Joseph Loera was once again a great service agent for us. We had a smell of gas around our C300, and the techs were able to find a small leak in a line to the fuel pump.
