I recently bought a Mercedes and brought it to Walter's for servicing. The other dealership didn't set up the Mercedes me app for me so I asked the guys at Walter's to help and Jon Klempner from sales was for servicing. Ross Geiger, is one of the BEST service reps for Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. My vehicle lost power driving and I had to have it towed to Walters. Ross was professional, polite and heard of my exper Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. My vehicle lost power driving and I had to have it towed to Walters. So Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside they had the folks from the headquarters come to review the issue, fixed it and it’s working well again. I maintain my vehicle like clockwork and was surprised to be driving a vehicle that didn’t have power. It has been driving well now for 2 days and I’m so very glad and grateful I had Ross Geiger to assist me with this repair. More
