There's a known issue about the Metris coolant hose rubbing against the throttle body causing a leak. You can tell he didnt want to deal with it as soon as i mentioned it. He said it was rubbing agains rubbing against the throttle body causing a leak. You can tell he didnt want to deal with it as soon as i mentioned it. He said it was rubbing against the high pressure pump, but it's actually the throttle body. I thought service advisors were supposed to have some knowledge about the vehicles they service. He then stated that it's an issue because it was assembled incorrectly from the factory (admitting fault) but said I would have to pay $548.99 t9 have their mistake fixed. He just seemed lazy and unfortunately was not very knowledgeable on mercedes vans. Probably should work in sales, not the service department More

When my car needs longer time to fix, they ensure that I am provided a loaner from the dealer or a rental company. *The use of the fancy cappuccino machine, cold water, and variety of snacks in the "VIP" lounge. I especially would like to give a two thumbs up to my last service advisor, Joe Loera, Michael Ramos, and my most recent advisor - Wayne Anderson. Wayne listened and addressed my vehicle concerns. Due to extensive maintenance my vehicle needs, he helped me a lot by providing me a list of the maintenance of my vehicle and prioritizing the repairs I need right away, and explained everything in layman's term. Wayne is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope Walter's Mercedes-Benz continue to support their employees, reward their best employees so that they continue to serve us with a smile. Not many companies provide the best customer service as they do at this dealership. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next service/repair or buy my next Mercedes.
