My service advisor, Michael Ramos was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure all of my needs were met. The service I received only took a couple of knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure all of my needs were met. The service I received only took a couple of hours, so I decided to wait. Mr. Ramos made sure I was comfortable and checked on me periodically to ensure I was okay. I will definitely recommend Walter’s Mercedes of Riverside to my family and friends because I know they’r they’ll have an enjoyable experience. I gave this dealership five stars because my initial experience with Walter's Mercedes-Benz was excellent. Initially, I was greeted by my service advisor Marina Salcedo. She was professional and knowl experience with Walter's Mercedes-Benz was excellent. Initially, I was greeted by my service advisor Marina Salcedo. She was professional and knowledgeable and I enjoyed our conversation. Secondly, the waiting area was spacious and comfortable.
