Great Service !!! Today, I took our Mercedes Benz 300S to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership for the B Service routine maintenance. When I arrived, I had a quest Today, I took our Mercedes Benz 300S to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership for the B Service routine maintenance. When I arrived, I had a question about the level of service/maintenance required. I met with Service Advisor David Green, who I found to be professional and courteous. David explain the my service agreement due to a nail in the center of my left tire. This was not cover under my tire warranty. The vehicle was washed. David took the time to explain the process and the vehicle runs great! David is a pro in every sense of the word and an asset to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership team. From the way I’m greeted when I drive in, pick up a MB loaner vehicle, receive updates during the day and finally pay at Mark’s desk, it just doesn’t get better.
