Awesome! I'm so pleased how Jr Rodriguez and his sidekick handled my situation! They both kept me informed and updated me! Even though I ended up trading my I'm so pleased how Jr Rodriguez and his sidekick handled my situation! They both kept me informed and updated me! Even though I ended up trading my GL40, which I loved and would recommend, I just needed something bigger, they accommodated my situation and took care of all my needs! Alex Ramirez to the rescue! Just bought our third vehicle from Walters and less than 1200 miles later we got a flat tire. A new run flat tire was required as they cannot be patch Just bought our third vehicle from Walters and less than 1200 miles later we got a flat tire. A new run flat tire was required as they cannot be patched (@ $350). Our service advisor Alex Ramirez swung into action and was able to obtain for us a one time comp on a new tire. Totally Awesome! Walters service has always been top notch to us and is one of the reasons we will come back. Thank you so much and Alex.... YOU DA MAN!!!!! More
