Service I purchased a new GLK 350 a couple of weeks ago. I made an appointment because I thought I may have had a break leak. I got an appointment right awa I purchased a new GLK 350 a couple of weeks ago. I made an appointment because I thought I may have had a break leak. I got an appointment right away!! Everything was checked out and all was fine!! I had my all my tires checked and my front license plate attached during this same visit. Everything was done right away. All members of the service team were professional and a pleasure to work with. My Service Advisor was Mark Espinoza. He was very personable and professional. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Mr. (Alex) Ramirez who was very helpful and informative of my car needs. I felt welcomed, helped, and greatful for the customer service he provided. Extremely pleased by his customer service and being very tentative. And must I mention very knowledgeable of the services my car needed and that the service center could provide. GFrom the moment I pulled into the service area I was treated like my customer satisfaction was important. Someone directed me where to park. Mark, my service writer, met me before I shut off the engine. The workorder was handled quickly--all my questions answered. I spent the next hour or so in the very nice waiting area, enjoying a continental breakfast. Then I wandered onto the sales floor--a kid in a candy store. During the course of my relationship with Walters I have struck a friendship with Bob Murray, one of the salesmen. He, like me, is a Vietnam vet, and he also rides a Harley, another experience we share in common. Bob always answers all my questions about the various models on the floor. Walters has a huge inventory. Also, their garage/service area is the biggest I've seen. I currently own a 2009 GL550 which I purchased from Walters. The financing and extended warranty were handled by Wayne Molter. That was in 2010. Wayne and I really hit it off. He made me feel like he really cared about my getting the best possible deal. Wayne is the kind of character that exudes knowledge and confidence with a personality that helps the client relax when a whole lot of money is on the table. I like Wayne. Thank goodness Wayne put me into a good warranty, because the cost is paying off now that there's 52K miles on the GL. Up till now the entire history of my service experience has been excellent. Walters fixes it right the first time, and there's always a loaner vehicle--a big positive for me. Also, they wash and vacume the automobile with every service. I should add that I belong to a family that owns a Buick/GMC dealership in Redlands. As a member of that family, I have become accustomed to great value and service. I have to admit that Walters' service rivals, if not exceeds, the service and value I have come to expect from an agency that has my name on the building. One other thing. There is no comparison between a Buick and a Merceds Benz. More
