Alex Ramirez, the best for service! Last week, I had the privilege to work with Alex about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other location Last week, I had the privilege to work with Alex about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other locations, but upon my arrival I was greated immediately. Alex, was able to get me into a rental, took my car in, listened to me about the issues I was having, and kept me updated during the day. He contacted me shortly after that morning, and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle, and what was recommended to repair the ongoing issue I had going on. My experience was very good, he was very polite, professional, and most important kept me updated on everything. The issue was fixed, and I will most definitely make my next appointment with, Mr. Alex Ramirez. More

I am an owner of two Mercedes and I have always experienced excellent service from Walter's, but this last time I was served by a man named Mark Espinoza who went far beyond the norm in his courteous manner and technical skills. He helped me get in and get out quickly, which is very important to me. I had a light bulb that needed to be replaced in my ML 350 and he was on the spot taking care of me. Professional Service I scheduled my 10,000 mi. service appointment at Walter's Mercedes. I have so say it couldn't have been any easier. My initial phine call I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They gave me a loaner car I was out of there in less than 10 min. J. R. Rodriguez was very cordial and professional . I was not able to return loaner the day my car was finished because of my work schedule , and J.R. was always friendly and professional in accommodating my hectic schedule until loaner was returned. No extra charge for returning a day late. On the day of return , the friendly staff greeted me at curbside and again I was out of there within 5 min. Great customer service. Thank you! Steve More
