Kelley, at Service Department, assisted me to set the appointment with Brandon Monaco, who has been my service advisor ever since the time I bought my Mercedes. Brandon was expecting me and immediately sat down with me to inform me what work needs to be performed and the cost of labor for a B1 service. Truthfully, I got antsy waiting for the bomb to drop how much this service will cost me. Suffice it to say, he was incredibly helpful, and addressed my concerns with care, and did so in a positive manner. He also provided quality customer service care, and deserves positive recognition.
