Pleasant visit with no wait time. I took my car to get serviced, so I called that day and they scheduled me that same day. I was assisted my Mark Espinoza. He was my service advisor. Sprinter Issues I had a recall notice for door issues on my 2015 Sprinter RV conversion and a door locking system that failed due to Winnebago's installation. I met D I had a recall notice for door issues on my 2015 Sprinter RV conversion and a door locking system that failed due to Winnebago's installation. I met David Green, the service advisor at Walter's and he took care of everything in a timely manner. When he first told me that the locking system was a Winnebago error, I said to myself well here we go the bucks going to get passed. But no, he contacted the dealership where I purchased the RV and made the arrangements for Water's to make the repair and what ever paperwork that needed to be processed. I felt the staff was very helpful and knew what they were talking about, they took control and fixed the problem. In me they have a new customer, I will servicing my Sprinter! Thank again for your outstanding customer service!!!! More
Top notch service and constant communication We had to pull off the 91 freeway during a drive from our Orange County home to Palm Springs because our new ML350 was acting strangely. Luckily Walter's Mercedes was conveniently located at Auto Center Drive in Riverside. We met Branden Monaco, a Walter's service advisor who was on duty that Saturday afternoon of the Labor Day holiday weekend. Branden immediately wrote up our narrative of the problem and set up a courtesy vehicle for us to use. Even though a holiday weekend Walter's was there to help. After Labor Day Branden kept us well informed and Walter's repaired the ML350. Wonderful customer care each step of the way. Thank you Branden and Walter's Mercedes for taking care of us. More

Brandon instantly greeted us (it was my first time meeting him) and made me feel at home at the dealer. Right upon inspecting the car, he saw that there were a few things which were not as they should be (the wood grain trim was discolored). He immediately mentioned it to me and a week later I had a brand new car! Exceptional service and went above and beyond what was required. Definitely would recommend him and sticking with him as a service advisor from here on out. More

I actually had not made an appointment, but was told by my service advisor David Green "no problem" they could fit me in. I was amazed that the service only took an hour from my schedule. To be clear it was an "A" service so not a lot of repairs or replacement problems, but fast at any rate. I felt that I was treated right, and everyone concerned was very considerate. More
