Professional Service I scheduled my 10,000 mi. service appointment at Walter's Mercedes. I have so say it couldn't have been any easier. My initial phine call I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They gave me a loaner car I was out of there in less than 10 min. J. R. Rodriguez was very cordial and professional . I was not able to return loaner the day my car was finished because of my work schedule , and J.R. was always friendly and professional in accommodating my hectic schedule until loaner was returned. No extra charge for returning a day late. On the day of return , the friendly staff greeted me at curbside and again I was out of there within 5 min. Great customer service. Thank you! Steve More
